Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping (India Only)
We currently ship across India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to offer alternatives or process a full refund.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all orders across India.
There are no hidden charges. The price shown at checkout is the final amount payable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable locations.

  • COD may not be available for certain products, high-value orders, or specific pin codes.
  • Any applicable COD charges will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. All orders are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Your order will be delivered within 6 to 12 business days (including processing time), depending on your location and product availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Confirmation

Orders are dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

  • If the recipient is unavailable, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal, or repeated missed attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, please contact us. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
