Pricing Transparency

- Displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Final at checkout with no hidden charges
The total payable amount, including all applicable charges, will be clearly shown before order confirmation.
Customers will not be charged any amount other than what is explicitly displayed at checkout.
Payment Methods
Delhi Audio accepts secure and recognized payment methods, including:
- Credit Cards and Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- UPI and Wallet Payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders
Payment options may vary depending on product type, order value, and serviceable location.
All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. Delhi Audio does not store card details, CVV, or sensitive payment credentials on its servers.
Payment Authorization and Order Processing
Orders are processed only after:
- Successful payment authorization for prepaid orders, or
- Confirmation of Cash on Delivery eligibility
If a payment attempt fails, the order will not be processed.
If an amount is deducted during a failed transaction, the refund will be automatically processed by the payment provider or bank as per their processing timelines.
Billing Confirmation
Once a payment is successfully completed:
- An order confirmation will be sent via email or SMS
- A valid GST invoice will be issued for every order
- The invoice will include product details, price breakdown, GST, and billing information
Invoices are shared electronically via email and may also be included with the shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing details at the time of purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Billing
- Payment is collected at the time of delivery
- COD availability depends on product type, order value, and serviceable location
- Any applicable COD charges will be clearly displayed during checkout
Delhi Audio reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders based on operational limitations or fraud prevention requirements.
Billing Accuracy
Customers must ensure that:
- Billing name and address are correct
- Contact details are valid and active
Incorrect billing information may result in order delays, failed transactions, or order cancellation.
Payment Verification and Fraud Prevention
To ensure secure transactions:
- Orders may be subject to verification checks
- Additional identity or payment confirmation may be requested for high-value or suspicious transactions
Delhi Audio reserves the right to cancel, hold, or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy violation.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Acceptance and Billing
An order is considered confirmed only after:
- Successful payment authorization, or
- COD eligibility confirmation
Delhi Audio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
- Pricing or technical errors
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Refunds and Billing Adjustments
Refunds are processed as per the Return and Refund Policy:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is 7 to 10 business days after approval
- COD refunds are processed via bank transfer after receiving correct bank details
No additional fees are charged for refunds unless clearly stated.
Taxes
All applicable taxes are included in the product price unless mentioned otherwise.
A GST compliant invoice will be provided with every order.
Customers requiring GST input credit must ensure correct GST details are provided during checkout.
Currency and Transactions
All transactions on this website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Delhi Audio does not support international billing or foreign currency transactions.
Billing Disputes and Chargebacks
If you experience any billing or payment related issues:
- You are requested to contact Delhi Audio before initiating a chargeback
- We will review and resolve all genuine disputes in a fair and timely manner
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in order restrictions or refusal of future service where permitted by law.
