Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers are required to provide accurate bank details.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by Delhi Audio.

Exchanges are available only for products that are damaged or defective.

Returns without prior approval from Delhi Audio will not be accepted.
Original invoice or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Products must meet the applicable return or exchange conditions.
Delhi Audio reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
