Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery only for products that are damaged or defective.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included
• The product must not show signs of damage, misuse, or tampering
• Returns are not accepted for change of mind or for non-defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective., please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund. For damaged or defective products return shipping is free.

For damaged or defective products return shipping is free.

Step 4: Inspection

All returned products are inspected upon receipt before processing refunds.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Customers must provide accurate bank details.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for products that are damaged or defective.
