Warranty Information

This product comes with a 3-year onsite manufacturer's warranty from BenQ India, valid from the date of purchase. The laser light source is also covered under warranty for 3 years or 15,000 hours, whichever is earlier. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. If the product fails within 7 days of purchase, BenQ India provides a 1-to-1 replacement after verification. A valid GST invoice (provided by Delhi Audio at the time of purchase) is required to claim warranty. The warranty is non-transferable, applies to the original purchaser only, and is valid within India for products imported and marketed by BenQ India Pvt. Ltd. Physical damage, misuse, use of non-genuine BenQ consumables, or servicing by unauthorised centres will void the warranty.

Note: Lamp dimming is a natural characteristic of projectors and is not covered under warranty.
